What is NSAC's Cooperative Learning Network?
The NSAC Cooperative Learning Network is a live, interactive webinar, and you can attend from any location with internet and/or telephone access. NSAC members can attend an unlimited number of CLNs at no charge!

Who presents the information for one of these courses?
Each Cooperative Learning Network will have one or more speakers who are recognized experts on the topic. CLNs typically include a Q&A session where participants can ask questions live or by chat.

CPE Credits
The National Society of Accountants for Cooperatives (NSAC) is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be addressed to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.learningmarket.org.

CLN Policies
Refunds for CLNs are not provided. Member registrants, if unable to participate, will be provided with a link to the PODCast. Note PODCasts are not eligible for CPE credit.

What does my registration include?
Your registration includes long-distance charges for the audio portion and log-in to the video presentation. All handouts and presentation files are downloadable and may be printed out or saved to the participant's computer once they are logged in to the course meeting room. Sessions include one Certificate of Attendance. Certificates for additional participants are $10.00 each.

Presenter Bio(s)
Craig Woychesse has worked as an accountant in Springfield, Missouri, for over 15 years. In 2010, he joined the team at Toth and Associates, where he is on a team of consultants comprised of engineers, surveyors and other professional specialists. They provide clients across the Midwest with electrical, civil, and structural engineering, plus grant writing, land surveying, and utility rate consultation.
TOTH works with regulated and non-regulated public utilities in Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Iowa, and Illinois. Craig?s area of specialized expertise includes cost of service studies, utility rate design, and service provider contracts for both public and private utilities. He also has extensive experience in non-profit accounting, tax planning and compliance, budgeting, financial reporting, and cost accounting.
For every project, it is Craig?s goal to smoothly integrate his firm?s services with the operations of each respective client organization. This provides the foundation for strong long-term consultant-client relationships that optimize benefits for all stakeholders.
Craig spend much of my time traveling to meet with clients and various regulatory agencies, but always make new and prospective clients a high priority.

Registrations are completed on-line. Include the name(s) of the course(s) for which you would like to register and the email address of the primary registrant, to which program information should be forwarded. Log-in details will be email to primary registrants one day prior to each course.


Fees and Payment Procedures

  • The fee for each NSAC member participant login location is complimentary. For locations with more than one computer login each device login must have a named primary registration on file with NSAC.
  • The fee for each non-member participant login location is $56.00.
  • A participant sign-in sheet will be sent in advance of all sessions and the names of actual participants can be changed or added at this point. Each primary registration includes one CPE certificate. Additional participants may request a certificates of attendance for $10 each.
  • Non-members must pay online.

Delivery System

  • All programs will be delivered using Adobe Connect. Participants may start logging in 20 minutes prior to CLN’s start time. Participants may call the toll-free conference phone number to access the audio portion of the presentation or use their computer speakers. Participants’ phone lines/device is automatically muted upon connection to the call.
  • • All participants should have Internet access (high speed access recommended but not required) and an audio connection via either speakers or phone. For more than one participant per participant location, a quiet conference room with a monitor/screen and speaker phone is suggested.
  • Assistance is available with procedural, downloading or connection issues 20 minutes prior to the start of the presentation.

System requirements to use Adobe Connect:
Adobe Connect only requires that you have an Internet connection and Adobe Flash Player version 10.1 or greater to attend a webinar. Adobe Connect supports nearly any operating system including Windows, macOS, Linux, Solaris, iOS and Android as well as the most widely used browsers including Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, and Chrome. You can test your system for compatibility HERE.

Adobe Connect has an app available through the AppStore or Google Play.

Refund Policy

NSAC will not issue refunds for a Cooperative Learning Network registration. If a registrant is unable to participate in the Cooperative Learning Network, he/she will receive a link to the session’s Podcast.

Tip: Viewing the Podcast does not qualify for CPE credit.

Log Ins

Participants can log-into a course 20 minutes prior to the start time of the session. You may then download related files from the file pod in the sidebar. Course materials will also be sent within 72 hours of the CLN. If you experience difficulty downloading please call our office at (937) 222-6707 or email info@nsacoop.org. For those registrants who may experience difficulty logging in to the video portion of the Cooperative Learning Network session, the audio can still be accessed by phone.

PODCasts:

Podcasts are available within three business days after the CLN. CPE is not available for viewing of the recorded session.
